Scattered Now

Each days the same, fascinating game
We play our part and sometimes get to laugh
At silly things, we’ve said and done
I’m sorry did I tell you I was wrong
You can find yourself in me
I will find myself in you
It could be such a beautiful thing
Does it matter what we’ve lost
Have we got time to count the cost
When life can be such a treacherous thing.

Scattered now, tattered now
Alone again we slowly start to sing
Taking us, waking us, making us feel alive again
When you sing along with me
When our voices start to ring
It feels like such a beautiful thing
It’s just a moment it will pass
These things were never meant to last
And its been such a beautiful thing
